Q:  When will my order be dispatched?

Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days (72 hours). In saying this we kindly ask that during busy sales periods that all customers allow extra time 💛 If you do need an order urgently please email info@ollietots.com

Australia Shipping:

• $10 Standard Shipping

• $15 Express

• Orders over $100 get free standard shipping

  Q: How long will my order take to get to me?

  Australian Domestic Shipping:

  Standard Shipping: 3-14 business days after dispatch.

  Express Shipping: 2-7 business days after dispatch.

Q: How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive this number, please contact our team on info@ollietots.com -

Be sure to check your spam folder too! 

Your order will be shipped within 24-72 hours of purchase, Weekdays only! Please allow extra time during busy holiday periods and sale periods.

If your order is placed on a Friday, it will be shipped after the weekend.

Q: What if I put in my address wrong?

Please contact our team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee. 

Unfortunately we don’t accept change of mind returns. Our products make beautiful gifts, you could always gift it to another breastfeeding mama. If your purchase arrives faulty or damaged please get in touch via info@ollietots.com within 3 business days of your order arriving.
