Breastfeeding & Lactation Biscuit Mix Directions. For Refill Purchases!

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
Bake time: 10-15mins
Makes Approx. 20 Biscuits (500g Mix)

YOU WILL NEED:
• 1 egg + 1 egg yolk

• 125g butter, melted, cooled.

PREHEAT
Oven to 170c conventional or 160c fan forced.
Line baking trays with baking paper.

TO MIX
In a bowl whisk cooled, melted butter, egg together.
Fold through dry ingredients with a spatula until just combined. Finish by pressing together gently with clean hands. If mix is a little dry add 1 tablespoon of water.

TO BAKE
Shape heaped tablespoons of mixture into balls and slightly flatten on baking tray.
Go gooey centre, bake for 10 minutes.
Go crisp, bake 12 minutes.
For firmer thicker biscuits chill your dough before baking! The beauty of a pre-mix is you can make your dough and freeze your rolled balls until you’re ready to use them. Bake 1-2 cookies straight from the freezer, fresh each day as needed. (if baking from freezer, minimum 12 minutes is recommended. Discard after 6 months.)
